After school I'd help my grandmother at her seamstress shop on Prince Street in Greenwich Village, it's where my love of fashion began. As a teenager I'd buy patterns and material to make skirts and dresses. I graduated from Hunter College with a Business Management degree while interning at FOX 5 NY Station. I was hired as a Research Analyst and after a decade in the corporate world I decided it was time to fuel my passion. I wanted to incorporate my love of beauty with fashion and ventured to getting my cosmetology license.
I began doing makeup and fashion styling in my spare bedroom while as a stay-at-home mom. When my sons were of school age, I wanted a professional space as an Image Consultant for men, women and crossdressers. In 2006, I leased a studio on Morton Street and through the years my services continued to evolve as the desires of my clients grew. Over the last twenty years I've continued to grow in my craft while learning other skills such as photography, staging and closet design.
The website has been updated to include new pictures, new designs, and basically new everything. The Long Island community deserves its own format.
